Seed of Doubt
The most prolific of the mind seed family, doubt seeds grow best in the shady areas at the back of the mind. Once planted the root systems spread quickly and easily gain control over the brighter areas of the mind. They have been known outgrow and suffocate other seeds of the mind (seeds of hope, seeds of inspiration, ect).

The best way to take care of those types of seeds are to work to get them out of there and not allow them to grow or be planted to begin with. When you hear criticism use it to plant seeds of perseverence, seeds of correction, seeds of strength. Some seeds are often mutated...when they should grow to produce one thing they are twisted to produce another...think of criticism as pruning a fruit tree...when you clip off problem areas or dead ends then more fruit grows...remember that...If you don't ever get pruned you won't ever grow...
